摘要
目的:观察三维适形放疗加热疗治疗宫颈癌盆腔复发的近期疗效及不良反应。方法:18例宫颈癌盆腔复发患者采用三维适形放疗搀救治疗,其中术后复发7例,放疗后复发8例,手术加放疗后复发3例。90%等剂量曲线包括PTV,处方剂量44～66 Gy,2.0 Gy/次。放疗期间加体外射频热疗6～10次。结果:近期疗效完全缓解7例,部分缓解8例,稳定3例,总有效率83.3%。临床症状得到不同程度缓解,无Ⅲ级以上不良反应发生。结论:三维适形放疗加热疗治疗宫颈癌盆腔复发近期疗效满意,临床症状缓解明显,治疗不良反应轻。
Objective To assess early effect and side effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy plus thermotherapy for uterine cervix cancer recurrence treatment. Method Eighteen patients with recurrent uterine cervix cancer were treated with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy plus thermotherapy. Among 18 patients,7 recurred after surgery,8 after radiation therapy,3 after surgery plus radiothera- py. The prescription dose was 44 to 66Gy with 2Gy per fraction. Planning target volume was surrounded with 90% isodosc curve. Thermotherapy with 6 to 10 fraction was applied during radiotherapy. Results Complete response was observed in 7 patients ,partial response in 8 patients,and stable disease in 3 patients. The total effective rate＇was 83.3%. Palliation in kinds of Clinical symptoms were a- chieved. No side effect above 3 grade was observed. Conclusion The early effect is satisfied with three dimensional eonformal radiotherapy plus thermotherapy for recurrent uterine cervix cancer treatment. The clinical symptoms relieved remarkably with slight side effect.
