雾化吸入米力农对合并肺动脉高压心脏瓣膜病患者的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨雾化吸入米力农对合并肺动脉高压心脏瓣膜病患者肺动脉压力、肺功能等的影响。方法测定合并肺动脉高压心脏瓣膜病患者雾化吸入米力农治疗前后的肺动脉压力(PAP)、肺功能及血气指标。结果米力农雾化吸入能明显降低合并肺动脉高压心脏瓣膜病患者肺动脉压力,但对肺功能血气指标及体循环血压无影响。结论心脏瓣膜病患者术前肺动脉压力过高,肺功能差,血气指标异常的病人,雾化吸入米力农可作为新的术前治疗手段用于临床。 Objective To study the effect of Milrinon inhalation treatment on pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) and pulmonary function of patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH) and valvular heart disease. Methods We measure the results of PAP, pulmonary function and blood gas index, before and after Milrinou inhalation treatment in patients with pulmonary hypertension and val- vular heart disease. Results Milrinon inhalation treatment can reduce the PAP obviously, but no effect on their pulmonary function, blood gas index and systemic blood pressure. Conclusion Milrinon inhalation method can be a new treatment means on the valvular heart disease of people with pulmonary hypertension, bad pulmonary function and abnormal blood gas index.
