摘要
目的了解长期噪音环境下军队外场机务人员中医体质类型的分布状况,分析其特点及规律,为中医防病治病,服务基层,提供指导依据。方法根据《中医体质分类与判定》标准,制作《军队外场机务人员中医体质类型调查表》,采用实地调研与问卷调查相结合的形式,对驻甘、驻京、驻闽部队外场机务人员进行中医体质调查与分类。结果 708例调查者中平和质391例(55.2%),偏颇体质317例(44.8%),其中气郁质101例(14.3%)、阴虚质91例(12.9%)、血瘀质47例(6.6%)、痰湿质29例(4.1%)、气虚质18例(2.5%)、湿热质16例(2.3%)、阳虚质10例(1.4%)、特禀质5例(0.7%)。按工作年限进行亚组分析发现,随工作年限增长,平和质比率下降(80.1%与38.3%与10.6%),偏颇质比率升高(19.9%与61.7%与89.4%)。结论噪音环境下军队外场机务人员中偏颇体质的总体发生率较高,且随着外场工作年限的延长,所占比例呈上升趋势,主要表现为阴虚质、气郁质、血瘀质和痰湿质。
Objective To investigate the distribution regularity and characteristics of constitutional types of Chinese medicine in military airplane service staff, to provide the basis for preventing and curing disease with TCM and guiding the services for grassroots. Methods According to the standard in ＂Classification and Assessment of Chinese Medicine Constitution＂, we draw up ＂Questionnaire for Chinese Medicine Constitution Classification in Military Airplane Service Staff＂. Using this questionnaire, we carried out investigation in three military airports （in Gansu, Beijing and Fujian）. Results In 708 airplane service personnel, gentleness type accounted for 55.2% （391 cases）, imblance constitution accounted for 44.8% （317 cases）, including 101 cases of qi-depression type （ 14.3% ） , 91 cases of yin-deficiency type （ 12.9% ） , 47 casses of blood-stasis type （6.6%） , 29 cases of phlegm-wetness type （4.1% ）, 18 cases of qi-deficiency type （2.5 % ）, 16 cases of wet-heat type （2.3%）, 10 cases of yang-de- ficiency type （ 1.4% ） , 5 cases of special diathesis type （0.7%）. Subgroup analysis revealed that the incidence of gentleness type decreased （80.1% vs 38.3% vs 10.6% ） with the increase of work-age while imblance constitution increased （ 19.9% vs 61.7% vs 89.4% ）. Conclusion The incidence of imblance constitution of military airplane service staff in long-term noisy environment is high and increased with the increase of work-age. It mainly expresses for yin-deficiency type, qi-depression type, blood-stasis type and phlegm-wetness type.
