摘要
某炼油厂减压渣油管线运行6年后出现腐蚀穿孔,给企业造成一定的经济损失。因此有必要对其它管线进行全面的安全评定和剩余寿命预测,以保证管线在一个检修周期内能安全平稳运行。通过对管线的化学成分及金相组织分析,发现管线钢材料的珠光体显微组织已经中度球化。通过现场对管线壁厚的检测以及进行的强度校核,得出其它管线仍可继续使用。通过应用强度失效准则对剩余寿命进行分析,得到最薄壁管线的使用寿命为36个月,这为设备的安全运行提供了理论依据。
A hole in the vacuum residue pipeline is generated because of corrosion, after operating for 6 years in one oil refining plant ,which lead to much economic losses, therefore, it is necessity for us to carry on the over safety assessment and life-span prediction of the remainder pipeline so as to assurance them safety operation in a service periodicity. Analysis the chemistry composition and metallurgraphic structure of the vacuum residue pipe- line, it find that metallurgical structure has changed into moderate spherical pearlite, passing the degree of pipeline wall thickness and checking intensity of the pipelines. It draw a conclusion that the pipelines can resume operating. Based on intensity failure criterion, the result shows that the thinnest pipeline can safely operates for 36 months, which provides theoretical base for safety operation of the equipment.
