摘要
天然气价格是影响天然气利用的一个重要因素,作为销售价格构成的一部分,管输费对天然气价格具有一定的影响,其定价方式对促进国家天然气工业的发展意义重大。对我国天然气管输费价格存在的问题进行了探讨与研究,介绍了两种天然气管输价格的定价方法,认为应针对不同的条件采用不同的定价方法。
The price of natural gas,as a component of sales price,is an important factor,which will influnce the gas utilization. The transportation cost influnces the price of natural gas to certain degree, and pricing method is of great significance in promoting the development of Chinese natural gas industry. The discussion and study on the issues existed in the price of transportation cost have been made. In this paper,two pricing methods for the price of transportation cost of natural gas are introduced. It is considered that the different pricing methods should be adopted according to different requirements.
