摘要
科技服务业是经济服务化发展的必然产物。通过如下六个方面:科技服务业的概念和发展状况、科技服务业的运行机理、科技服务业的激励政策和发展对策、政府在科技服务业中的作用、科技服务业的服务能力评价以及中西方科技服务业发展模式比较,综述了国内科技服务业的研究内容,以期为制定科技服务业发展对策提供思路和建议。
Science and technology service industry is the inevitable outcome of the service - oriented economy develop- ment. This paper reviews the research contents of science and technology service industry through the following six areas： （ 1 ） the concept and development problems of science and technology service industry, （2） operation mechanism of science and technology serviee industry, （3） incentive policies and development strategies of science and technology service indus- try, （4） government＇ s role in science and technology services, （5） service capacity evaluation of science and technology service industry, （6） the comparison of development models between western and Chinese science and technology service industry. We want to provide ideas and suggestions for formulating the development strategies.
