摘要
文章从分析兰德公司运营机制特点入手,依托实际数据进行特点分析和抽象解释,归纳出其在短时期内成长为美国最具权威军事决策咨询机构的本质特征因素。基于上述分析方法及研究结果,运用SWOT方法对我国科技信息机构现状进行分析,建议我国科技信息工作从业者根据所处环境的变化,有意识地进行目标、资源、组织结构等方面的调整定位和工作侧重点转移调节,以适应当前形势需求而得到更长足的发展。
Proceeding with the analysis of the operating mechanism of RAND Corporation,this article uses the actual data to make characteristic analysis and Abstract explanation,and summarizes the essential and characteristic factors that make this corporation grow into the most authoritative military decision-making and consulting firm in the US in a short period of time.Based on the above-mentioned analysis method and research results,the article uses SWOT method to analyze the status quo of scientific and technical information organizations in China,and suggests that the scientific and technical information professionals in China should adjust and orientate their aim,resources and organizational structure,and transfer and regulate their focal point of work consciously in accordance with the change of the environment so as to adapt to the current situational demand to make greater progress.
