下肢静脉步进式数字减影血管造影的优势 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨下肢静脉步进DSA(数字减影血管造影)较常规分段DSA的优势。方法将98例需行下肢静脉造影的患肢随机分成两组,研究组49例行步进式DSA,对照组49例行常规分段DSA,并对两组造影影像质量、对比剂的平均用量、平均辐射剂量和平均检查时间进行评价。结果研究组对比剂使用总量较对照组下降33.33%,并且研究组髂静脉和下腔静脉显示清楚率较对照组分别提高了22.44%和67.34%,研究组均未出现因对比剂滞留而出现伪影;研究组平均辐射剂量较对照组下降54.91%,平均检查时间较对照组下降了65.45%。结论下肢静脉步进DSA较常规分段DSA在对比剂用量,检查时间,辐射剂量和髂静脉和下腔静脉的显示方面存在优势。 Objective To Explore the advantages of lower extremity venous stepping DSA compared with conventional segmented DSA. Methods 98 cases of the lower extremity vcnography were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases of research group received stepping DSA, 49 cases of control group received conventional segmentation DSA. The image quality, average amount of contrast agent, mean radiation dose and the average examination time were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the contrast agents dosage of the research group decreased by 33.33%, and the clearly display ratio of iliac vein and inferior vena cava in the research group increased by 22.44% and 67.34%, retrospectiyely, average radiation dosage decreased by 54.91%, the average examination time decreased by 65.45%. No artifact caused by contrast agent retention was fmmd in the research group. Conclusion Compared with conventional segmented DSA, stepping DSA of lower limb vein has advantages in the average contrast agent dosage, the average examination time, mean radiation dose and displays in the iliac veins and inferior vena cava.
