摘要
目的在物资采购中实行公开、公平、公正的竞争机制,最大限度地使各供货厂商在提高产品质量和降低价格上下功夫。方法通过物资采购管理,比质比价、集中招标采购、生产厂家直接供货等一系列措施。结果显著地降低了企业的采购成本,提高了所需产品的质量,并规范了市场行为。结论集中招标采购建立公开透明的决策和管理制度,重大采购事项集体研究决策,不搞暗箱操作,使物资采购程序科学、高效,也大大拓宽了企业物资采购的网络和渠道。
Objective To carry out an open, fair and impartial competition mechanism, thus to make the suppliers and manufacturers concentrate their efforts on improving product quality and reducing the price. Methods Adopted a series of measures, such as comparing the quality and price, centralized bid procurement, direct material supply by manufacturers. Results Significantly reduced the procurement costs and improved the quality of the products of the manufacturers, also standardized the market behavior. Conclusion Centralized bid procurement can set up open and fair management rules, thus to lead scientific and effective material procurement process, and expand the procurement channels.
