摘要
本文介绍了基于"十五"数字地震观测网络项目的地震数字处理系统的整体结构和相关技术流程,并阐述了各功能模块的作用。该系统在安徽省阜阳市地震局试用以来,共完成了4次地震自动速报,并将地震定位信息通过短信发布到主管领导的手机上,为快速地震应急响应提供参考。
The frame, processing flow and procedure module of the digital processing system of the earthquake, which are developed in the 10th five-year program of digital seis- mic network, are introduced in this paper. Since this system was used in Fuyang Earthquake Administration, it has preformed rapid report of earthquake information four times success- fully. The information of the earthquake location was broadcasted with short message to the leadership as an important reference for earthquake emergency response.
