摘要
以2,3-二羟基萘基四苯基卟啉及其Cu(Ⅱ)配合物为原料制备了一类新型9-冠-3-四苯基卟啉,通过紫外可见吸收光谱、红外光谱、质谱、核磁共振氢谱等测试手段对冠醚卟啉进行结构表征,研究了冠醚卟啉产生单线态氧的能力、与DNA的相互作用及其对pBR322质粒DNA的切割。结果表明,冠醚卟啉具有明显的产生单线态氧的能力;与DNA的相互作用模式为外部自堆积;对DNA有较明显的切割效果。
β-(2,3-Dihydroxynaphthyl-9-crown-3)-5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl porphyrins were synthesized with β-(2,3-dihydroxynaphthyl)-5,10,15-20-tetraphenyl porphyrin and its copper( Ⅱ ) complex as raw materials,and their structures were characterized by UV-Vis, IR, MS and 1 HNMR. The producing singlet oxygen ability, the cleavage on plasmid pBR322 DNA and the interaction with DNA of the crown ether porphyrins were ex- plored. The results showed that,the crown ether porphyrins had remarkable ability of producing singlet oxygen and DNA cleavage effect,and they acted with DNA in an external self-accumulation mode.
