Analysis of Structure of Mini-Electrical Vehicle Frame

摘要 在建立几何模型和有限元模型基础上,分析了典型工况下某电动车车架的应力和变形情况;同时通过模态分析,分析了低阶模态下车架的固有频率和振型。分析结果说明,该电动车车架具有一定的安全裕度,并且车架的低阶固有频率处于非共振频率内,具有较好的动态振动特性。 Based on geometry model and finite element model of the mini-electrical vehicle frame establishment, both the stress and some car's displacement of the frame structure we:re analyzed under the typical condition. At the same time, the modal analysis of the frame structure was conducted before the natural frequency of the lower mode and vibration mode were obtained. Resulst from analyses expatiate that this electric vehicle's frame is of certain safety and is of much better dynamic vibration feature because the natural frequency of the lower mode locates in the range of non-resonant frequency.
