摘要
目的 研制一种适合我国眼库使用的保持角膜活性的中期保存液。方法 配制新的角膜活性中期保存液 (DX液 ) ,按不同天数保存兔角膜植片 ,分别进行角膜内皮细胞活性率、酶组织化学联合染色及超微结构观察 ,并将在DX液中保存 2~ 11d的 37只人眼角膜植片应用于临床穿透性角膜移植手术中。结果 兔实验结果显示 ,DX液与Optisol液差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。 37只人眼角膜植片术后 1周内全部透明 ,内皮细胞密度均值为 (2 2 0 4 5 6± 6 89 5 6 )个 /mm2 。结论 DX液作为我国眼库角膜活性中期保存液安全可靠。
