摘要
针对当前建设单位工程预算管理中存在的一些主要问题,着重从加强对工程预算的认识、工程预算编制的准确性、工程预算的动态管理和统筹管理等几个方面进行的分析和探讨,提出解决对策。
Several aspects of the analysis and discussion of some of the major problems that exist in the current project budget management of the construction unit,focused on strengthening the understanding of the project budget,project budgeting accuracy and dynamic management of the project budget and co-ordination of management solutionscountermeasures.
