摘要
电子词典是一个复杂的多符号体系。通过抽样分析《牛津高阶英语学习词典(第八版)》光盘版微观结构中的形态、语音、语法、语义、语用、词源等六个方面的信息和各种社会符号体系之间的关系,文章得出以下结论:①光盘电子词典中的任何一种信息的实现都是通过多种符号体系相互协作、共同作用来完成的;②每种符号体系都有自己的主要功能;③词典中的主要信息由文字体系来体现,然而文字本身也需要借助颜色、版式、布局等符号体系来具体实现。
Electronic Dictionary is a complicated multi-semiotic system. Through sampling analysis of the relationship between the information of form, pronunciation, grammar, meaning, usage, etymology and all kinds of semiotic system in microstructures of 30 entries in the 8th Edition of Oxford Advanced Learner＇ s Dictionary on CD- ROM, this paper concludes ： （1） any kind of information in the electronic dictionary is realized by the combination of more than one semiotic systems; （2） every semiotic system in the electronic dictionary has its own special function; （3） the main information in the electronic dictionary is presented by verbal system, but the verbal system is concretely realized by the systems of color, composition, typography etc.
