摘要
建立了超声波辅助提取Folin-Ciocalteu比色法测定茶叶中茶多酚含量的方法。通过单因素和正交试验得出,在有机溶剂相同的条件下,超声波提取法测定茶叶样品茶多酚的含量显著高于常规有机溶剂浸提法。优化超声波提取的最佳工艺条件为:以70%的甲醇为溶剂,超声波功率400 W,液料比20∶1,提取2次,每次提取时间20 min。
Ultrasound-assisted extraction and Folin-Ciocaheu colofimetry was applied to determine Tea polyphenols(TP) in tea samples. Through the optimization by single factor and orthogonal array design methods, the extraction solvent concentration, its volume, ultrasonic power and extraction times were optimized. The orthogonal conditions were optimized as follows: 0.2 g sample was added 10.0 mL 70 % of methanol and the extraction were carried for 20 rain, two times under 400W of ultrasonic power at 60℃. By this method, the extraction rate was higher than that by the convention organic solvent extraction method.
