摘要
目的建立麦志胶囊中有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。方法采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法。色谱柱为DB-FFAP(30 m×0.25 mm×0.50μm),N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶解介质,氢火焰离子化检测器。程序升温:初始温度为80℃,保持2 min,以10℃/min的速率升至230℃,保持2 min,再以20℃/min的速率降至200℃,保持2 min;进样口温度为200℃,检测器温度为250℃。结果在考察的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.22%~100.20%,精密度试验RSD<小于4%。结论该方法简便快捷、准确可靠、灵敏度高,可作为麦志胶囊中有机溶剂残留量的测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of residual organic solvents in Maizhi capsules.Methods The residual solvents were quantitatively determined by temperature programmed using headspace GC with DB-FFAP(30 m×0.25 mm×0.50 μm),FID detector,and N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) as solvent media.The initial column temperature was kept at 80 ℃ for 2 min,then raised to 230 ℃ at the rate of 10 ℃/min,maintained for 2 min,finally reduced to 200 ℃ at the rate of 20 ℃/min,maintained for 2 min.The injector temperature was 200 ℃,and the detector temperature was 250 ℃.Results It showed a good linearity with the detective range.The average recovery was in the range of 98.22%-100.20%.The RSD of precision was less than 4%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It is an available method for the determination of residual organic solvents in Maizhi Capsules.
