摘要
目的调查骨肉瘤患者疾病不确定感的现状,为制订减轻骨肉瘤患者不确定感的干预措施提供依据。方法选择2010年1月—2011年12月入住上海市2所3级综合性教学医院的骨肉瘤患者101例,采用Mishel疾病不确定感量表(中文版)(MUIS)进行问卷调查。结果 101例骨肉瘤患者疾病不确定感的平均得分为(73.09±12.09)分;不同人口学和疾病学因素的疾病不确定感得分均处于中等水平。结论骨肉瘤患者普遍存在疾病不确定感,临床医护人员应注重对患者疾病不确定感程度的评估,并依据评估结果制订针对性的干预措施。
Objective To investigate the status of uncertainty in illness in osteosarcoma patients, and to provide intervention to reduce it. Methods A total of 101 osteosarcoma patients were assessed by Chinese version of Mishel＇s Uncertainty in Illness Scale （MUIS） in two hospitals from January 2010 to December 2011. Results The average score of uncertainty in illness was 73.09 ± 12.09 （ total score 125 ）. MUIS scores influenced by demographic and diseaserelated factors in osteosarcoma patients were at intermediate level. Conclusion Un-certainty in illness is common in osteosarcoma patients. The medical staff should correctly evaluate it, and targeted intervention should be implemented.
