摘要
目的:调查急诊科护士的心理健康状况,分析影响其心理健康的因素。方法:采用SCL-90、SAS、SDS问卷调查122名急诊科护士的心理健康状况,同时分析其影响因素。结果:急诊科护士SCL-90有6个因子分和总均分、SAS和SDS评分均高于全国常模(P<0.05);单因素分析显示:专业水平、工作紧张状况、濒死或死亡现象的刺激、人身安全、对传染病的恐惧、自我调节和应对方式等6个因素可能是产生心理问题的原因;多因素Logistic回归显示:专业水平、濒死或死亡现象的刺激及自我调节和应对方式是产生心理健康问题的主要原因。结论:急诊科护士心理健康状况较差,可能存在一定的心理健康问题,应该积极应对。
Objective： To investigate the psychological status of emergency nurses and analyze the possible influencing factors.Methods： Psychological status of 122 emergency nurses were collected by SCL-90,SAS,SDS and EIS questionnaire,simultaneously,its influencing factors were analyzed.Results： The SCL-90,SAS and SDS scores of emergency nurses are significantly higher than those of nationwide norm（P0.05）.One way analysis showed that 6 factors（professional level,tensive work,the stimulation of articulo mortis or death,personal safety,fear of infectious disease,self-adjusting and coping style） were the possible factors which lead to psychological problems.Multi-factors Logistic regression indicated that professional level,the stimulation of articulo mortis or death and self-adjusting and coping style were the principal factors leading to psychological problems.Conclusion： Emergency nurses have an inferior psychological status and probable psychological problems which should be dealt with actively.
