摘要
序号总和理论是多方案(指标)筛选或优化的一种很好的方法,分析斯皮尔曼等级相关系数,作为该理论的关键步骤,具有先天不足。通过理论演绎,提出了改进型序号总和理论,同时,通过选取的四种绩效评价方法进行实证,对比分析发现,改进型序号总和理论,不仅能扩大原理论的运用范围,还具有原理论同样的优势,都能实现优秀方案筛选或为方案优化提供指导。
Theory of serial number summation is a good method for programs and indexes screening and optimizing. But,the spielman coefficient of rank correlation analysis theory and the key step of the theory of serial number summation, has its congenitally deficient. The improved theory of serial number summation was taken out through the way of theoretical deduction. The paper concludes that the theory put forward can overcome the old theory＇s shortcoming.By figuring out four kinds of performance evaluation methods with empirical study and comparative analysis,the improved theory of serial number summation can not only expand the original theory＇s scope of application, but also can figure out the best project and provide guidance for scheme optimization.
