摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定了黄芩苷在不同溶媒中的溶解度、油 /水分配系数、pKa值 .结果表明 :黄芩苷在甲醇、乙醇中溶解度分别为 15 6 9μg/mL和 145 8μg/mL ,较其它溶媒高 ;在酸性条件下的油 /水分配系数较大 ,pKa值为 5 .0 47.
The solubility in different solvents, the oil/water detached coefficient and pKa value of baicalin were determined by UV spectrophotometry for the study of its absorption in vivo. The results showed that the higher solubility values of baicalin were 1 569 μg/mL and 1 458 μg/mL in methanol and ethanol, while the oil/water detached coefficient was higher in acid solvent,the pKa value of baicalin was 5.047.
