妊娠相关性暴发性1型糖尿病临床特征分析 被引量：12

摘要 暴发性1型糖尿病（fulminanttype1diabetes，F1D）是近年由日本学者Imagawa等^[1]首先提出的1型糖尿病的一个新亚型。该病患者胰岛B细胞受到破坏、高血糖症状和酮症酸中毒进展都十分迅速，病情危重，预后凶险。
