生化项目复检规则合理性的评价 被引量：3

摘要 为提高检测结果准确性，实验室按照一定的规则对标本进行复检。但是检测结果重复测定会延长结果报告临床的时间，增加检测成本，浪费人力资源，因此近年来其实际使用价值受到质疑。2009年，有文献[1]报道危急值复检并不能提高检测结果准确性，相反有可能延误了重要检测结果报告临床的时间。另外，随着大型生化仪器的技术发展，检测重复性大大增加，某些复检的必要性受到质疑。
