摘要
利用凹凸棒石和丙烯酸为原料,采用水溶液聚合法合成了凹凸棒石/聚丙烯酸高吸水复合材料,采用正交实验探讨了交联剂用量、引发剂用量、单体中和度、凹凸棒石添加量、聚合温度对复合材料吸水性能的影响,结果表明:当交联剂用量为丙烯酸的0.06%,引发剂用量为0.3%,中和度为70%,凹凸棒石用量为15%,反应温度为80℃时所合成的复合材料吸液性能最好。同时揭示了各因素对复合材料吸液性能的影响力大小为:交联剂用量>聚合温度>凹凸棒石添加量>中和度>引发剂用量。红外光谱(FTIR)表明凹凸棒石表面的羟基参与了接枝共聚反应,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表明凹凸棒石/聚丙烯酸吸水复合材料的表面疏松多孔。
Acrylic acid and attapulgite were used in prepartion of attapulgite/polyacrylic acid superabsorbent com- posites by aqueous solution polymerization in order to reduce cost and improve environment compatibility. The effects of the amount of cross linker, initiator and, attapulgite, degree of neutralization of acrylic acid, and reaction temperature on water absorbency were investigated. The structure and morphology of composites were characterized by Fourier transform infra- red spectra (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Experimental results indicated that the absorbancy of the material was the highest at 80℃ with the content of cross linker,initiator, and attapulgite were 0.06 % ,0. 3 % , 15 % of the quality of monomer, respectively , and degree of neutralization of acrylic acid was 70 %. The absorbency was affected by all factors and the degree was the following: cross linker content〉 reaction temperature〉attapulgite content〉 degree of neutralization〉initiator content. The results from FT-IR spectra showed that attapulgite participated in graft polymeriza- tion reaction with acrylic acid. SEM showed attapulgite/polyacrylic acid composites owned porous surface.
