摘要
针对航空产品制造过程的特点,引入条形码作为质量追溯的载体,通过开发ERP系统与MES系统之间的接口,建立起装配组部件与装配零件之间的质量关联关系,实现了产品制造全过程的快速、准确追踪。
Aiming at the specialty of aviation products and the reality of enterprise management, it introduces bar code as the carrier of quality traceability, develops the interface between MES and ERP, establishes the quality relationship between assembly part and accessory part. Finally, it presents the implementation of quality traceability effectively across the whole production process.
