摘要
为了规范高校图书馆用户行为,使图书馆在对用户进行信用管理时有据可依,本文尝试通过文献调研,应用德尔菲法咨询用户、专家、馆员意见,运用因子分析等方法提出具体的评价指标体系。
In order to standardize the hehavior of college users of library, and make library carry out an evidence-based users credit management, this article attempts to use methods of literature research, Delphi Consulting users, experts, librarians view, factor analysis to construct a concrete evalua- tion index system.
