摘要
考虑在政府的干涉措施下,讨论双渠道回收废旧品的闭环供应链管理模式问题。文章分别构建了无政府干涉下的独立决策模型、政府干涉下的独立决策模型和政府干涉下的合作决策模型;并且给出了相应模型的最优解。通过模型之间的比较分析,结合数值算例分析,得出结论:政府干涉下的合作决策模型是理想的闭环供应链管理模式,并给出相应的实现路径。而这种理想的管理模式的实现,需要有效的协调机制和有效的政府激励机制的合力。
Under the measure of government intervening, the closed-loop supply chain models is discussed in this paper. The self-governed decision model without government intervention, the self-governed decision model under government intervention, and the cooperative decision model under government intervention is built in this paper, and the corresponding optimum solution is given. Through the analysis of the models, and combined with numeral example analysis, we can show the conclusion that the cooperative decision model under government intervention is the perfect closed-loop supply chain management mode. And the actualized path is given. But the perfect closed-loop supply chain management mode is actualized by the composition of forces between the effectual coordination mechanism with the inspiring mechanism.
