摘要
目的分析噪声对作业工人心血管系统和听力的影响。方法选择接触噪声的作业工人233人为为噪声组,非噪声作业工人233人为对照组,进行血压和心电图检查、纯音气导听阈测试。结果噪声作业工人血压偏高检出率9.4%、心电图异常检出率15.9%、听力损失检出率31.3%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随着累积噪声接触量的增加异常检出率也升高。结论长期接触噪声对作业工人心血管系统和听力均有一定的损害。
Objective To investigate the effects of noise on cardiovascular system and hearing in workers exposed to occupational noise.Methods Blood pressure determination,electrocardiogram monitoring and pure tone air conduction threshold audiometry were performed in 233 noise exposed workers(noise group) and 233 non-noise exposed workers(control group).Results The detection rates of high blood pressure,electrocardiographic abnormality and hearing loss were 9.4%,15.9% and 31.3% in noise group,respectively.There were significant differences in the detection rates between noise group and control group(P〈0.01).Moreover,the detection rates were elevated by the increase in cumulative noise exposure.Conclusion Long-term exposure to occupational noise can result in cardiovascular impairment and hearing loss in workers.
