摘要
针对GM型离心式鼓风机组在运行过程中,轴位移量随润滑油温度升高而急剧增大,并出现报警故障,采取一定的措施控制润滑油温度,从而减小轴位移量。重点对大齿轮、齿轮轴推力面磨损导致轴位移量增大的原因进行分析,提出了镶圆环热装修复推力面的方案,保证了机组的正常运行。
The shaft displacement will increase rapidly while the lubricating oil temperature rise and the failure will be alarmed in the operating process of GM centrigugal blower unit. Aiming at this situation, we can reduce the shaft replacement by controuing the lubricating oil temperature. The shaft displacement increased due to thrust surface wear of large gears and gear shaft is especially analyzed. The thrust surface can be repaired by inlaying hot nng to ensure normally. running
