摘要
调研宁德福安、寿宁、福鼎、蕉城等县(市、区)2012年春茶生产情况,分析当前企业存在用工用地难、资金短缺、生产成本增加、农残监管难等问题,提出"狠抓茶叶质量,确保茶叶安全"、"提高茶叶机械化水平,确保茶叶增产增收"、"推进茶叶集中加工区建设,提高茶叶产业化水平"、"切实加大对茶企的帮扶力度"、"普及茶文化,打造茶叶品牌"等5点建议。
In this article, the production of spring tea was investigated in Fuan, Shouning, Fuding and Jiaocheng in 2012. The shortage of labor and land, lack of capital, increasing production cost and supervising difficultly in tea pesticide residues were considered to be cruxes of the problem in the current tea enterprise. The following measures are proposed to help promote the healthy development of the Ningde tea industry, including paying close attention to tea quality to ensure tea safety, raising the level of tea mechanization to ensure the increasing of tea production and income, promoting the construction of tea concentrate processing zone to improve the level of tea industrialization, enhancing the intensity of tea enterprise assistance and popularizing tea culture to build tea brands.
