摘要
蚊媒病毒病可对人类和社会造成严重危害。本文探讨旨在提高蚊媒病毒检测效果的蚊标本采集、保存、运送和前处理方法,以及我国国境口岸蚊类携带病毒的监测检测研究现状。蚊媒病毒检测方法主要包括分离培养法、血清学方法和分子生物学方法。
Viral mosquito-borne disease may cause serious harm to human and society. This paper aims to improve the effect of mosquito-brone virus detection methods including collection, storage, transportation and pre-treatment to mosquitoes samples. Meanwhile, the current situation on surveillance and detection of the mosquitoes virus was discussed. Common practical viral detective methods, including virus cultural isolation methods, serologic methods, and molecular biological methods were reviewed.
