摘要
目的:分析2008—2011年我院心脑血管类中药注射剂使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:根据信息系统提供的数据对药品的销售、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)进行统计、分析。结果:我院心脑血管类中药注射剂销售逐年稳步增长,经济效益与社会效益相一致。结论:根据中医理论,辨证论治,合理使用中药注射剂,中药注射剂将有很大的发展空间。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the use of cardio-cerebrovascular chinese herbal injections in our hospital during 2008-2011 so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS ： The utilization data of cardio- cerebrovascular chinese herbal injections in our hospital during 2008-2011 period collected from the information system was analyzed with regard to the consumption sum, drug use frequency （DDDs） and the defined daily cost （DDC）. RESULTS： The consumption sum of cardio-cerebrovascular chinese herbal injections increased steadily year by year, achieving concordant economic benefits and social benefits. CONCLUSION： Treating diseases based on syndrome differentiation according to the theory of traditional chinese medicine, the chinese herbal injection is sure to have great development potential if used rationally.
