摘要
对0Cr15Ni5Cu4Nb沉淀硬化不锈钢焊接接头进行四种不同时效热处理,并研究了时效热处理对焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着时效热处理温度提高或时效时间的延长,接头的冲击韧度、伸长率和断面收缩率增加,抗拉强度和屈服强度下降,接头断口形貌由准解理向韧窝过渡。550℃/4h时效处理后的焊接接头具有比较好的综合性能,抗拉强度为1071 MPa,冲击韧度为283 J/cm2,均不低于母材的95%。
Microstructures and properties of joints welded by 0Crl5Ni5Cu4Nb martensitic precipitation-hardened stainless steel were studied. The aging heat treatment at four different temperatures was carried out. The results show that, as the temperature or time of aging heat treatment increased , the impact toughness, 85 and ψ increased, however, the tensile strength and yield strength reduced, the major fracture mode altered from quasi-cleavage to dimple. The joints after aging heat treatment of 550℃/4h show reasonable prop- erties beyond 95% of parent metal: the tensile strength is 1071MPa, the impact toughness is 283 J/cm2.
