摘要
针对煤矿现有单体阻化剂阻化综合效果不足的问题,通过开展程序升温实验,以阻化剂的阻化率和阻化寿命为评价指标,选择现有单体阻化剂盐类CaCl2、阻燃剂A、表面活性剂AEC作为新型阻化剂的材料,采用正交实验和极差分析法初步得出具有优良参数特性阻化溶液,其组成为浓度为8%的阻燃剂A+浓度为0.5%的烷基磷羧酸盐AEC+浓度为2%的CaCl2。
In order to analysis inadequate of retardant effect of existing monomer inhibitor, the research used temperature-programmed experiments which took inhibitor rate and inhibitor life as evaluation indexes. The existing monomer inhibitors which are salt CaCl2, flame retardant A and surfactant AEC been chosen as the compound resistance material. The characteristic inhibitor solution with quality parameters were obtained by using orthogonal experiment and variance analysis, which are 8% flame retardant A +,0.5% Alkyl phosphorus carboxylic acid salt AEC and +2 % CaCl2.
