摘要
以丙烯酸十八酯(ODA)为疏水单体,与丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酸(AA)通过自由基共聚法制得长脂肪链改性疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺(PAMBA),采用红外光谱、X射线衍射对其结构进行了表征,并考察了其耐盐性、耐温性及耐剪切性能。研究发现,PAMBA水溶液中存在强烈的分子间缔合作用。合成的疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺(PAMBA)具有阴离子磺酸基,因此具有良好的抗盐性。和未改性PAM相比,PAMBA在60℃下能保持较高的表观黏度,其耐温性和耐剪切性能明显提高。
In order to develop a hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide oil-displacing agent, hydro- phobically associating polyacrylamide (PAMBA) modified with long chain fat was prepared by free radical copolymerization with octadecyl acrylate (ODA), acrylamide (AM), 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS), and acrylic acid (AA). Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the structure of PAMBA. The salt resistance, tem- perature resistance and shear resistance of PAMBA were discussed. The results show that there are strongly intermolecular hydrophobically associating interactions in the PAMBA aqueous solution; the synthetic hydrophobically associating polyacrylamide (PAMBA) has good salt resistance. Compared with unmodified PAM, PAMBA maintains higher apparent viscosity at 60 °C, and the temperature re- sistance and shear resistance of PAMBA is improved appreciably.
