摘要
目的探讨改良Miccoli式甲状腺手术的护理配合。方法对在全麻下36例患者施行改良Miccoli式甲状腺手术,术前对患者做好围术期心理护理和手术准备,术中密切配合,术后做好器械保养。结果手术均在全麻下完成,手术时间35~75 min,平均55 min,住院3~5 d,平均3.7 d。术后无呛咳、手足抽搐、头痛、皮肤坏死和感染,2例术后轻度声嘶,3~4周后恢复。结论护理人员专业技术的正规培训,充分的术前准备,良好的沟通,设备的有效管理是确保手术成功的关键。
Objective To investigate nursing cooperation of the modified miccoli thyroidec- tomy. Methods Modified miccoli thyroidectomy was performed to 36 patients under general anes- thesia. Perioperative psychological nursing, preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperation and postoperative instrument maintenance were conducted. Results All operations were performed un- der general anesthesia. The surgery duration was 35 to 75 min with a mean d 55 min, and the hos- pitalization duration was 3 to 5 d with a mean of 3.7 d. No cough, tetany, headache, necrosis of skin and infection occurred after operation. Two patients had slight hoarseness, which recovered af- ter 3 - 4 weeks.
