摘要
目的观察温和灸在治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留中的作用。方法将240例肛肠病术后尿潴留患者随机分为温和灸组和对照组,温和灸组采用温和灸治疗,对照组采用传统治疗方法,根据疗效标准进行评价。结果温和灸组治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留的总有效率93.3%,对照组为78.3%,温和灸组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温和灸在临床治疗肛肠病术后尿潴留有一定意义,值得采用。
Objective To observe the effect of warm-moxibustion therapy on patients after anorectal operation with urinary retention. Methods 240 patients with urinary retention were ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group treated with warm- moxibustion and in con- trol group with traditional treatment. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 78.3% in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Warm-moxibustion therapy is effective for patients after ano- rectal operation with urinary retention and can be recommended to use in clinic.
