摘要
民乐县污水处理厂采用CASS处理工艺,它的主要特点是高效、稳定、工艺流程简单,在有效去除污水中有机污染物的同时,具有脱氮除磷的良好性能,同时污水处理厂的高度自动化控制水平可以大大降低污水厂的运行成本.此研究介绍了污水处理厂的主要处理工艺,阐述了CASS工艺流程的主体构筑物设计参数及其设备配置,并对运行效果进行分析.结果表明:CODcr,BOD5,SS,NH3-N的去除率分别为86.9%~92.4%、88.7%~95.9%、89.0%~92.1%、89.2%~91.5%,各项出水水质指标达到了城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)中一级B标准的要求,处理后的水可回用.
CASS process was adopted in Minle sewage Treatment plant, of which characteristics such as high efficiency and stable running, simple process, high removal rate of organics as well as nitrogen and phosphorous. This paper introduces the main treatment process of sewage treatment plant, introducing design parameters of the CASS process main structure and device configuration, the analysis results show CODcr, BOD5, SS, NH3- N removal rates were 86.9 % - 92.4 %, 88.7 %-95. 9 %, 89.0%-92.1%, 89.2%-91.5%, water quality meets the first-level B standard requirements of GB18918- 2002, the treated water also can be recycled.
