摘要
为了高效开采低压天然气、提高喷射引流器的引射率,设计了一种节流阀结构的可调式天然气喷射引流器。试验结果表明:低压气流量与高压气压力呈二次函数关系,即低压气流量随着高压气压力的升高而先增加后减少。采用1stOpt软件对试验数值进行拟合,得出上述规律的数学函数表达式,计算结果与试验数值拟合的相关系数>0.99。该试验结果为可调式喷射引流器的现场使用提供了理论依据。
A new kind of adjustable gas injector with throttle valve structure was designed in order to improve the effectiveness of exploitation of low pressure gas and the inject ratio of the injector. Test proved that it is in quadratic function between the low pressure gas flow rate and the high gas pressure, i. e. the low-pressure gas flow rate first increase and then decrease with high gaspressure changing. The mathematical function formula has been gotten by numerical simulation u- sing l stOpt software,and that the correlation coefficient is more than 0.99 between the calculated data and the tested data. The experimental result provides a theoretical basis for the injector field using.
