摘要
国外图书馆自动化系统已经形成完善的市场体系。随着信息技术的发展和用户的需求不断扩展,开源自动化系统的开发,使自动化系统行业面临着新一轮的竞争局面。该文介绍国外具有代表性图书馆自动化系统技术特点,从自动化系统行业内部调整、市场占有率、用户满意度等方面阐述自动化系统市场格局现状,归纳国外自动化系统发展趋势。
The overseas ILS market has long been matured. With the development of information tech- nology, emerging of open source ILS and the expanding needs of users, ILS industry is facing a new round of competition. The technical characteristics of overseas ILS are described at first, and then the current sit- uation of ILS market is stated from three aspects including the industry adjustment, market share, and cus- tomer satisfaction. At last the development trends of overseas ILS are summed up.
