摘要
目的:观察臭氧对兔膝关节骨性关节炎软骨细胞IL-1β表达的影响。方法:成年新西兰大白兔36只,随机分为正常组4只、对照组16只、实验组16只;采用Hulth法将3组实验动物制成膝关节骨性关节炎模型。待造模成功后,实验组每日向膝关节腔内注射臭氧,连续7d;对照组关节腔内注射氧气,连续注射7d;正常组不作处理。于造模后第7d处死3组实验动物,DAB法检测膝关节软骨细胞IL-1β的表达。结果:IL-1β阳性细胞率:实验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:医用臭氧能明显降低早期OA软骨中的IL-1β的表达,这可能是臭氧治疗骨性关节炎的重要机制之一。
Objective:To observe the expression of IL- 1β in rabbit cartilage cells of knee osteoarthritis by using medical o zone. Methods:All 36 white New Zealand rabbit were randomly divided into the normal group (A group, n=4) , the con trol group (B group, n=16), and the experimental group (C group knee osteoarthritis model in three groups. Then, C group, while the oxygen was used in B group. the ozone was inject n=16). The Huilth method was used to established ed into knee articular cavity continuously for 7 days in There was no treatment in A group. They were all sacrificed 7 days after modeling, and DAB method was used to detect the expression of IL-1β in knee cartilage ceils. Results;The expression of IL- 1β in B group were difference to C group (P〈0.05) and A group (P〈0.01). Conclusion:The medical ozone can reduce the expression of IL-1β in cartilage cells for treating knee osteoarthritis.
