摘要
分析甲醇制低碳烯烃工艺与轻石脑油催化裂解制低碳烯烃工艺的相似性,论述了二者结合的可能性。实验表明,甲醇的加入能够促进轻油裂解为低碳烯烃的反应。分析了提升管反应器中的温度分布、催化剂活性分布以及这些因素对甲醇制烯烃反应的影响。同时对不同的甲醇加入方式进行了分析,提出甲醇在提升管反应器的适宜加入位置。具有一定的工业应用前景。
The feasibility of light naphtha catalytic cracking process coupled with methanol to olefins process was discussed via similarity analysis. The results showed that if methanol added, methanol could promote the light naphtha catalytic cracking to olefins. In a riser, temperature distribution, catalyst activity distribution, and influence of these pa- rameters on methanol conversion to olefins were analyzed. Feeding methanol after the entrance of light naphtha was recom- mended based on the analysis of different methanol feeding ways. This coupled process could not only help methanol con- vert to olefins efficiently but also realize energy compensation, which had certain industrial application prospect.
