干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘试验关键技术及装置研究 被引量:5

摘要 对于干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘检测,IEEE C57.21和IEEE C57.26标准虽然提供了匝间绝缘检测的试验方法,但目前国内尚缺乏有效的试验设备。为此研究了干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘检测试验关键技术,通过采用倍压电路、限流电阻及触发球隙实现了对放电频率的控制,并在此基础上研制了一套完全满足相关标准要求,体积小、重量轻,可以进入变电所无功补偿室进行试验的检测设备,取得了满意的电抗器匝间绝缘检测试验结果。 Currently, there are no effective test equipments to detect the interturn insulation lor dry-type air- core reactors in China although IEEE C57.21 and IEEE C57.26 provide the test methods. This paper studies the key technologies of the interturn insulation tests for the reactors. The discharge frequency control is achieved by adopting the voltage doubling circuit, current-limiting resistance and triggered sphere gap. And a set of small-sized lightweight test equipments that entirely meet the relevant standards are developed. The test equipments can be used in reactive power compensation chambers of the substations. The satisfactory test re- sults are achieved.
