硝酸镧、L-苯丙氨酸对半夏愈伤组织生长和总生物碱积累的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了半夏[Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit]生物碱的诱导物硝酸镧、前体L-苯丙氨酸对其愈伤组织生长速率和生物碱含量的影响。结果表明,培养38天后,硝酸镧、L-苯丙氨酸对半夏愈伤组织生长速率及生物碱积累均没有显著影响。不同浓度处理中,2.25 mg/L硝酸镧和6.00 mg/L L-苯丙氨酸的生物碱积累量最高,分别比对照高76.89%和8.99%。随着添加浓度的增加,半夏愈伤组织生长速率和生物碱积累量总体呈先升后降的趋势。 The effects of lanthanum nitrate as elicitor and L - phenylalanine as precursor on callus growth rate and alkaloid content of PineUia ternata were studied in this paper. After cultured for 38 days, the results showed that they had no significant effects on the callus growth rate and total alkaloid content of Pinellia ternata. The content of alkaloid was the most when the concentration of lanthanum nitrate and L - phenylalanine were 2.25 mg/L and 6.00 rng/L respectively, which increased by 76.89% and 8.99% respectively compared with the check. With the increase of the added lanthanum nitrate and L - phenylalanine, the callus growth rate and alkaloid accumulation showed the tread of increasing firstly and then decreasing.
