摘要
目的观察预防性给予麻仁软胶囊对服用阿片类药物的晚期肿瘤患者便秘出现时间及程度的影响。方法接受阿片类药物治疗的晚期肿瘤患者共64例,随机分为预防性使用麻仁软胶囊治疗组(35例)与空白对照组(29例)。预防性治疗组开始使用阿片类止痛药时即开始预防性使用麻仁软胶囊,1粒/1次,1次/d,如患者一直未出现便秘,预防性用药最长时间不超过3周。空白对照组不预防性使用麻仁软胶囊,患者出现便秘症状才开始给予对症处理。结果与空白对照组相比,预防性使用麻仁软胶囊治疗组出现便秘的平均时间明显较长(14.3d vs 7.5d,P<0.001)。两研究组便秘严重程度差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论预防性使用麻仁软胶囊可明显延长接受阿片类药物治疗的晚期肿瘤患者发生便秘的时间及减轻便秘严重程度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of precautionary administration of maren capsule on constipation caused by opioid in patients with advanced cancer.Methods Sixty-four patients with advanced cancer,who received opioid,were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Thirty-five patients in treatment group received maren capsule（one capsule,once a day） at the time that opioid was given.The total administration time of maren capsule was no more than three weeks if constipation did not develop.29 patients in control group received symptomatic therapy only when constipation developed.Results The average time to the occurrence of constipation was greater in the treatment group than in the control group 14.3 days vs 7.5 days,P〈0.001.There was significantly difference in the severity of constipation between the treatment group and the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Precautionary administration of maren capsule could dramatically increase the average time to the occurrence of constipation and reduce the severity of constipation in patients with advanced cancer who received opioid.
