摘要
公司创业投资是创业资本市场中的重要力量。相对于在实践中的重要性,公司创业投资只是近几年才获得学术界的广泛关注。本文在回顾与梳理国外公司创业投资研究文献的基础上,分别从企业投资者和创业企业两个视角对公司创业投资研究领域的前沿议题进行了归纳总结,并针对现有研究不足对未来可能拓展的研究议题进行了探索。
Corporate venture capital is an important force in venture capital market. Relative to its importance in practice, CVC merely attracts academic attention in recent years. Based on the review of foreign research literature on CVC, this paper summarizes the frontier issues on CVC from the perspective of corporate investor and Venture Company respectively. Then, several possible expansion issues and the limitation of current study on CVC are explored
