摘要
本文就目前独立学院专兼职教师队伍建设中所存在的若干问题及其成因进行了分析,在此基础上提出了加强独立学院专兼职教师队伍建设的具体措施和建议,即加大人才引进和招聘力度;提高专职专任教师比例;改善师资队伍结构;加大对兼职教师的管理力度等。
In this paper, the Independent Colleges and part-time Teachers in the number of problems and their causes are analyzed on the basis of concrete measures and proposals to strengthen the construction of the Independent Institute and parttime teachers, namely, to increase the talent introduction and recruitment efforts to increase the proportion of full-time teachers; to improve the faculty structure; increase the management of part-time teachers.
