摘要 类冠状病毒NL63(human coronavirus NL63,HCoV—NL63)是2004年荷兰学者首先发现报道的一种与呼吸道疾病有关的新型人冠状病毒。感染后可以引起上、下呼吸道感染,在儿童及免疫力低下的人群中的感染率较高。该文对HCoV—NL63的病毒学、流行病学、临床特征、细胞受体、病原学检测和可能的抗病毒治疗作一综述。 Human coronavirus NL63 (HCoV-NL63)is a new respiratory coronavirus, was first identified by scientists in the Netherlands in 2004. It can be found in patients with upper and lower respiratory tract illness, particularly in children and weakened persons. The Progress of HCoV-NL63 on virology, epidemiology, clinical features, cell receptors,pathogen detection and antiviral treatments is reviewed in this article.
