壳聚糖絮凝桔梗水提液的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究壳聚糖对桔梗水提液成分的影响,优选桔梗水提液絮凝的最佳工艺。以多糖损失率、蛋白去除率、色素去除率为指标,通过单因素和正交试验对纯化工艺进行优化。试验结果表明,壳聚糖对桔梗水提液絮凝纯化的最佳工艺条件为:水浴温度为50℃,壳聚糖用量为3.0 mg/mL,pH值为8.0,絮凝时间为3.0 h。在此条件下,多糖损失率为12.5%,蛋白去除率为68.7%,色素去除率为56.5%。壳聚糖絮凝桔梗水提液的工艺简单可行,对桔梗水提液的化学成分具有良好的纯化作用。 The optimum conditions of flocculation process of water extract from Platycodon grtmdiJTorum with chitosan was investigated using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment with the polysaccharide loss rate, the deproteinization rate and the decolorization rate as indexes. The optimum flocculation conditions were as follows: the water bath temperature was 50℃, the amount of chitosan was 3.0 mg/mL, the pH value was 8.0, and the flocculation time was 3.0 h. Under the optimal technique, the polysaccharide loss rate, the deproteinization loss rate and the decolorization rate were 12.5%, 68.7%, 56.5%, respectively. The technology was feasible and had a good effect on the purification of water extract from Platycodon grandiflorum.
