摘要 血清和糖皮质激素诱导的蛋白激酶1(SGK1)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,受多种因素的调控,参与调节多种生理功能。近年来研究表明,SGK1的表达及活性增加参与多种病理过程,与高血压、肥胖、糖尿病等的发生、发展密切相关。全面理解SGK1的生理功能,及其与代谢综合征的相关性及机制具有重要的意义。SGK1可能作为代谢综合征及相关组分治疗的新靶点。 Serum-and glucocorticoid-induced protein kinase 1 ( SGK1 ) is one of serine/ threonine protein kinases, which is regulated by many factors and involved in the regulation of various physiological functions. Recent studies indicate that the expression and activation of SGK1 participates in several pathologi-cal conditions and also plays an important role in the development of hypertension, obesity, diabetes, etc. It is necessary to fully understand its physiological function, mechanism and relationship between SGK1 and meta-bolic syndrome. SGK1 may become a new probable target for the treatment of metabolic syndrome and its re-lated components.
